World Championships coming to Welkom

The 2018 ISTC Worlds has been awarded to South Africa. Thanks to the efforts of Antonio Carolli, while presenting South Africa at the 2016 Worlds in Beijing, it was his bid that was approved to host the World Championships.

The Worlds will be held in Welkom at the current Welkom RC Club facilities where Antonio has endeavored to build a new outdoor asphalt track and convert the existing facility into an indoor 1/12th scale carpet track.
